    DELIVERY METHODS

    During the checkout, you will be asked to choose which delivery method you would like to use. The available delivery methods are the following:

     

    • COLLECT FROM BOTH STORE. You can pick up your order from our store, BOTH, 9 Veikou STR, 11742, Acropolis, Athens, Greece (between our opening hours) and you can pay upon collecting, if you choose so. In this case, you must pick up your order within 10 working days, otherwise your order will be canceled. Available only for residents in Greece.

     

    • SHIPPING BY COURIER. For the delivery of your orders worldwide, Both Jewellery Studio collaborates with DHL, ELTA Courier and Greek Postal Service.

     

    Greece

    The delivery time within Attica is 1 working day, while in the rest of Greece is 1-2 working days. 

     

    We offer FREE delivery for orders from €50, while the charge for purchases under 50€ is 3€.

    (Free delivery does not combined with other promotional offers) 

     

    Abroad

    Registered mail worldwide delivery costs 14€. The delivery time is 3-5 business days (depending on the abroad mail service).

    We offer FREE registered mail delivery for orders over 150€.

    For Express delivery to Cyprus, we collaborate with ELTA Courier (EMS Express Mail). Delivery time is 1-3 working days and the cost is €17. 

    For Express delivery to all European Union countries, we collaborate with ELTA Courier (SPM Express Mail). Delivery time is 1-2 working days and the cost is €27. 

    For Express delivery to the rest of the world, we collaborate with DHL. Delivery time is 2-5 working days. Please enter your address during the checkout in order to check the rates.

    Shipments outside the European Union are subject to additional charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company is not responsible.

    Our company does not bear any responsibility for any delays or differences in delivery times from those mentioned above.

    In case of loss of parcel that the transport company has already received from us, our company does not bear any responsibility, however we will do our best by communicating with the delivery company and providing any necessary proofs.
